2013) The Upper 
Skagit Indian Tribe (USIT or “The Tribe”) is requesting a Statement of 
Qualifications (SOQ) from businesses qualified to provide professional services 
for custom database development and start-up support related to the Tribe’s 
Natural Resources Department project “Relational Database in support of Fish and 
Fish Habitat Assessment, Monitoring, and Restoration”.  The department currently 
has databases which utilize Microsoft Access and the intent is to build this new 
database using MS Access for continuity and possible future integration of 
existing data.  The Tribe intends to continue to use this architecture for this 
and future databases. 
 Temporary Position in Renton -- Access and Excel Expertise Required (Nov 2013) Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications. Gathers and evaluates end user requirements. Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements. Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality. Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems. Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements. Approximately a 4 month position in Renton, day shift, with a pay $50+/hour. Reply PROMPTLY -- start date TBD. 	Seeking Access Developer toAssist local Access developer 
	with Various Projects   (July 2012) The current project is a budgeting database for a department at a major university. It will also have some forecasting and scenario utilities, reporting, and payroll management tools, too. It is not that complicated, but it is a lot of work (40 hours).
